Register to access the MedCredit website

In order to gain access to view your MedCredit statement and make payments on your account you will need to complete the following steps.

  • Click the register link on the top right of the home page.
  • Complete the user registration information. You will need to have a copy of your MedCredit statement to assist in this process.
  • The full name and account number must exactly match your printed statement to allow you to continue.
  • A valid email address will be required for registration.
  • Click Save when all required information is entered.
  • Check your email for a confirmation notice to complete the registration process.
  • Click on the link provided in your confirmation email to activate your account.
  • You will then be forwarded back to the MedCredit website to confirm the registration details and create a password to access your account.

How to get signed up to receive electronic statements

After your access is set up on the MedCredit website you will be prompted to opt in and agree to receive a notification that your monthly statement is available through the MedCredit website. You may also elect to receive an email notification when your monthly electronic statement is available to retrieve by editing your profile with this option once you are logged into the website.

Making a payment online

Once you gain access to the website, you will be allowed to view your statement online and make payments on your account at that time. When you log into the website you will see a list of available documents. The top document in the list is the most recent statement.

To make a payment on your account:

  • Click on the pay checkbox on the right side of the list.
  • Click on the orange "Pay Now" button.
  • Enter the payment type and your credit or debit card number.
  • Enter the desired pay date.
  • Enter the payment amount.
  • Click on Pay Now.

A payment receipt will be provided at the end of your transaction for your records.


Why is my browser not supported?

In order to provide the most secure and feature rich electronic presentment and payment portal possible, MedCredit has to continually enhance our web portal. As time and technology progresses, the underlying technology of older browsers either do not support or do not properly display these enhancements. Thus, we need to drop the support of those browsers.
