In order to gain access to view your MedCredit statement and make payments on your account you will need to complete the following steps.
After your access is set up on the MedCredit website you will be prompted to opt in and agree to receive a notification that your monthly statement is available through the MedCredit website. You may also elect to receive an email notification when your monthly electronic statement is available to retrieve by editing your profile with this option once you are logged into the website.
Once you gain access to the website, you will be allowed to view your statement online and make payments on your account at that time. When you log into the website you will see a list of available documents. The top document in the list is the most recent statement. To make a payment on your account:

In order to provide the most secure and feature rich electronic presentment and payment portal possible, MedCredit has to continually enhance our web portal. As time and technology progresses, the underlying technology of older browsers either do not support or do not properly display these enhancements. Thus, we need to drop the support of those browsers.
